RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your item, such as defects or concerns about authenticity, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
• The item should be in the condition you received it, with tags and original packaging if applicable.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To start a return, contact us at zhanglz.0727@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages, authenticity, and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you have questions about its authenticity, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and assist.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or authenticity issue.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
